Core Connections
Core Connections is a yoga and movement-based group, designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Led by Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, the program helps participants strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and build awareness of how movement and emotion are connected.
Each session includes guided stretches, mindfulness, breathwork, and reflection in a supportive environment. Children learn practical strategies to feel grounded, focused, and confident in daily life.
Goals include:
