Core Connections
The Core Connections program is designed for kids and teens aged 6-13, offering a supportive space to build both physical strength and emotional balance through guided yoga and Pilates-inspired movement.
Led by Occupational Therapists, this group helps participants strengthen their mind-body connection and develop core strategies for regulation and resilience.
We know that tuning into your body and emotions can be tough-especially during times of stress or change. This program provides a nurturing environment for kids to slow down, stretch out, and build awareness of their inner world and physical self.
Sessions will include calming breathwork, mindfulness activities, guided stretches, core strengthening, and group reflection. Topics such as emotional regulation, body cues, sensory needs, and self-awareness are gently woven into each movement practice.
Whether it’s learning to calm a busy mind or improving posture and strength, Core Connections empowers participants with tools to help them feel grounded, strong, and in control. We can’t wait to watch them grow from the inside out!​
