Holiday Makers

Our Holiday Makers group offers a fun mix of craft and science-based projects where kids can create, experiment, and explore together. Each session encourages hands-on learning, creativity, and social connection in a supportive environment. 

 

Goals include: 

  • Fine motor skill development: strengthen hand and finger muscles through cutting, gluing, mixing, and assembling materials. 

  • Creativity and imagination: design and build unique creations using different materials, textures, and ideas. 

  • Social interaction and communication: practise sharing ideas, taking turns, and expressing thoughts while working alongside peers. 

  • Teamwork and sharing: collaborate on group projects, learn to listen to others’ perspectives, and celebrate joint achievements. 

  • Growth mindset and problem solving: build resilience and flexible thinking by trying new things, learning from mistakes, and exploring different solutions.
