Dr Karyn Sutcliffe is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, experienced in working with adults, families, and children. She utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and is known for a flexible, integrative approach that combines multiple therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.
A strong advocate for the importance of family systems, Karyn prioritises working collaboratively with families to help them achieve their goals, recognising that meaningful and lasting change often occurs within the context of supportive relationships.
Karyn has extensive experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including those for ADHD, Autism, Specific Learning Disabilities and a wide range of psychopathology. Clinical expertise spans neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma.
In addition to clinical practice, Karyn is a board-approved supervisor, dedicated to supporting and mentoring the next generation of psychologists.
