Little Sports
Little Sports is a fun, play-based gross motor program that helps children build movement skills, coordination, and confidence through active games and team activities in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Led by therapists, sessions focus on movement, coordination, and teamwork through games and skill-building activities. Children are encouraged to explore different ways to move their bodies, build confidence, and enjoy the social side of sport while developing essential physical and emotional skills.

Goals include:
-
Gross motor skills: improve balance, coordination, and strength through sport-based movement
-
Sensory regulation: learn to manage energy levels and maintain focus during active play
-
Attention and concentration: practise following instructions and staying engaged in group games
-
Language and communication: develop teamwork, turn-taking, and understanding of game rules
-
Emotional regulation: build confidence, resilience, and coping strategies for success and frustration
-
Teamwork and sportsmanship: learn to share, cooperate, and celebrate achievements with peers
Little Sports is all about moving, connecting, and having fun. Helping children feel confident both on and off the field.
