Interest Based Groups

Our Interest-Based Groups are for children who enjoy connecting and communicating through their favourite interests, like Minecraft, LEGO, Super Mario, crafting, or creative play. Each group provides a supportive and inclusive space where children can explore what they love while learning alongside others who share similar passions.

We understand that social connection looks different for every child. Our sessions focus on each child’s strengths, helping them feel safe, confident, and accepted as they build communication skills and friendships at their own pace.

Goals include:

  • Support social connection through shared interests and play

  • Encourage flexible thinking and problem-solving

  • Practise turn-taking, sharing ideas, and perspective-taking

  • Strengthen co-regulation and confidence in group settings

  • Build positive experiences of communication in a safe and supportive environment.

Please refer to our social channels Instagram and Facebook for the latest group scheduling times.
